Scopus is a global bibliographic and citation database of peer-reviewed literature and high-quality web resources from all scientific fields. It processes about 27,000 peer-reviewed journals from more than 7,000 publishers worldwide. Over 5,000 titles offer full-text articles (Gold Open Access).
Scopus also contains records of almost 250,000 book titles and 47 million patent records from five patent offices, and also offers information on articles that are still in print: "Articles-in-Press". Scopus creates and automatically updates profiles of scientists and authors of scientific publications, thereby improving the quality of citation analyses performed.
The database is updated daily, and the retrospective dates back to 1788; references are included on records back to 1970.
You can connect to SciVal directly from Scopus.
