Project Gutenberg was founded in 1971 and represents a digital library of e-books with the status of a free work.
Most of the books are in English, but titles in more than 50 other languages are represented. These are primarily literary works (novels, poetry, short stories, and drama), as well as reference works and we can also find cookbooks here.
