The database provides uniform access to all resources (see below), individual records are across each other with link resources, such as recording and notes.

Until June 30, 2020, the database has been expanded with a unique collection of videos – Classical Performance in Video, Dance in Video, and also Dance Studies Collection, Music Periodicals of the 19th Century from ProQuest (Alexander Street). These are audio, video, primary sources, scores, reviews (many are accompanied by full texts), encyclopedic and bibliographic information, all called Music and Dance Online.
